Anthony is a Designer (Monash University), Visual Artist (RMIT University) and holds a PhD (RMIT School of Architecture). Anthony
is one of the founding members of Architects for Peace. He is an academic, researcher through art practice, and creative producer.
From 1998- 2011 he worked in cultural development for local governments in Melbourne. As a visual artist working in public space
2003-present he has been commissioned, and independently created, permanent and temporary interventions in public space. He
developed the studio teaching methods for RMIT Master of Arts Art in Public Space where he lectured and taught from 2008-2014.
Since 2015, he has lived and worked in Santiago, Chile, as university guest lecturer, independent writer and creator concerning the
cultural and historical specificity of public space. He has exhibited at the Design Hub, Melbourne 2014, at the Museo Benjamín
Vicuña Mackenna, Santiago, 2016-17 and his inclusion in the University of Melbourne Project Anywhere 2020 research program,
each concern the modern city and its late-life crisis.
